Dunlop, Kilbirnie, Glengarnock, Dalry, Lochwinnoch and Howwood are all on the same run. The design visit at your house is free, with no call-out fee.
Our Kilmarnock showroom, at Block 5, Unit 1, Glencairn Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock, KA1 4AZ, where there is free parking and full bathrooms built and plumbed in. It opens every day from 10am to 5pm. Panels, tiles, trays and tap finishes are all out on display to handle. If you would rather not make the trip at all, the samples come to you in Beith instead.
A figure built from your room rather than a national average. Floor area decides the tiling, the flooring and the hours, keeping the suite on the pipework it already uses is cheaper than moving it, and the sanitaryware, shower and wall finish take care of the rest. A small bathroom in a Main Street flat is a lighter job than a big family room in a Beith bungalow with a bath along one wall and a walk-in shower on the other. Anything the old floor has been hiding is priced once it is seen. The visit and the quote are free and carry no obligation, and finance runs from £22 a week, subject to status.
3 to 6 days is the usual span for a Beith bathroom. A like-for-like change finishes quickest. The floor under the bathroom is checked before a tray is bedded, since somebody usually lives below.
It is a known one. The older stone properties in Beith and the villages around it often have very thick walls, uneven plaster and a bathroom that was formed out of another room years after the house was built. The survey works out what each wall will hold, battening and levelling go in before the panelling, and the fixings for a wall-hung basin or a big screen are planned rather than improvised.
It changes the survey more than the fitting. Steadings and farm conversions around Gateside, Barrmill and Burnhouse tend to have long hot water runs, a cylinder well away from the bathroom and drainage that goes somewhere unexpected. The designer traces all of it on the visit so the plan matches the building. Materials come in one delivery and the waste leaves with the van.
It is tested at the visit before you choose. A fair share of Beith houses still heat water in a cylinder fed by a tank in the loft, which makes an upstairs shower feel tired, and a pump or a different cylinder is usually all it needs. Newer homes on the edge of the town are generally mains fed and will run a large head as they are. The reading decides the shower, not the picture in the brochure.
