A home design visit costs nothing in any of them, and there is no call-out fee.
That depends on four things: how big the room is, whether anything moves, what you choose to put in it, and what we find when the old suite comes out. An Orbiston cottage flat or a Mossend terrace usually gives us a smaller room to work with than a family bathroom holding a separate shower and a freestanding bath. Old lead or steel pipework, or floorboards past saving, mean extra work that has to be counted in. A designer will come to the house, take the measurements and give you a free quote with no obligation attached, and finance is there from £22 a week, subject to status.
Most bathrooms in Bellshill are fitted in 3 to 6 days, counted from the strip-out to the last clean. The shared path and any common stair are covered and swept each day.
More than you might expect. Many of the council-built semis and terraces around Bellshill have a narrow bathroom with the window over the bath. Swapping the bath for a walk-in shower, hanging the basin and toilet on the wall and running light panels up to the ceiling all give back floor space. If a bath matters to you, a shower bath with a hinged glass panel does both jobs in the same footprint.
It can, once we know the cause. Older ML4 houses often still have a cold tank in the loft feeding a hot water cylinder, and that gives a soft flow at the shower head. A pump, or a valve made for low pressure, normally solves it. Homes with a combi boiler run at mains pressure and suit a large rainfall head. The flow is measured at the design visit, so the shower you are shown is one your plumbing can run.

From Bellshill you join the M8 from the A725 and head west through the city, and there is free parking when you arrive. The doors are open from 10am until 5pm, Monday through Sunday. Our Kilmarnock showroom is a second option. If you would rather not travel, a designer brings samples to your home in ML4.
We sort that out at the design visit. Some Bellshill streets, around Main Street and in the older terraces, have little room at the kerb, so we agree in advance where the van stands while it is unloaded. The old bath, tiles and packaging leave with the fitters, and nothing is stacked in your garden or on the pavement.
