Let the room tell you, because the same suite fitted into two different rooms can price quite differently. For work inside the house, rarely. Replacing a bathroom does not normally need consent. If the building is listed, or a new extractor vent or waste pipe has to pass through an outside wall facing the street, we raise it with Dundee City Council before work starts and keep the fitting out of sight where we can.
