Whatever the old floor or the pipework needs is accounted for once we have seen it. Taking the bath out frees that whole wall for a low tray and a glass screen, and wall panels rather than tiles keep cleaning easy. The designer checks the run to the waste stack during the visit so you know it will drain properly.
