Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new bathrooms across Kirkintilloch, with a free design visit at home, a free, no-obligation quote and all workmanship guaranteed. We fit in terraces and semis in Hillhead and Harestanes, family homes in Oxgang and Langmuir, newer houses at Woodilee and sandstone villas in Lenzie. To see the displays first, our Glasgow showroom is inside Dobbies at Braehead, Renfrew.
A Lenzie sandstone villa and a Harestanes terrace need very different bathrooms, and both plans start with one of these four styles.
Low trays, single glass panels and pale wall panels that open up the small bathrooms of Hillhead and Harestanes.

The overall finish is excellent and Hayden the fitter always paid particular attention to detail. The job took five days as promised and all the rubbish was collected within two days of completion. The work was inspected the following week but I had nothing to report. I would highly recommend this company.
The service was amazing start to finish. The quote & design stage was thorough and everything costed up and designed to fit our requirements. Elyson and the fitting team were super, really thorough and cleaned up as they went. We had everything explained to us at every stage. The work was done within days but perfect build and brilliant result. It looks and feels like a posh hotel bathroom now.
We love our new bathroom and the friendly and professional service from the team at Ultimate Home Solutions. Kirsty was very helpful, talking us through the design, the materials and explaining the process. Bryan was fantastic, he did a great job fitting everything and came back out to attach the cabinet handles which hadn't been delivered on time. The rubbish was all collected promptly and communication throughout...

Everyone from start to finish was first class. Steven the fitter was the best tradesman we've ever had. Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom it's beautifully and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your firm. Thanks for everything.
From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The job began on time, and every tradesman involved was knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. The old bathroom suite and tiles were removed exactly as agreed, and the new installation was completed to a high standard, right on schedule. An in person follow up review then took place after a week had passed. I'm extremely happy with the results...

What people in G66 ask before going ahead: Lenzie villas, Woodilee new-builds, small bathrooms, water pressure, price, finance and where our displays are.
Your call is taken by a bathroom designer, not a call centre. We are available seven days a week, 10am to 5pm.
Call 0800 029 3875We do, along with the villages round about. That means all of G66, from Hillhead, Harestanes, Langmuir, Oxgang, Rosebank, Waterside, Westermains, Townhead and Woodilee to Lenzie, Milton of Campsie and Lennoxtown. Torrance, Twechar, Bishopbriggs, Moodiesburn and Chryston are covered too. The design visit is free and no call-out fee is charged.
Set aside what your own room needs, which we can tell you after a visit. The drivers are simple enough: size, whether the layout moves, the suite and shower you go for, and the wall finish. A bathroom in a Hillhead or Harestanes terrace is a smaller job than a Lenzie villa bathroom with a feature shower and a freestanding bath. Pipework and floorboards that have reached the end can add to it once the old room is out. The home visit costs nothing, the quote carries no obligation, and finance is available from £22 a week, subject to status.
Most Kirkintilloch bathrooms are complete in 3 to 6 days. We go over the running order for every day with you in advance, and the fitters work to it. In a home with one bathroom, the job is planned so that you are without a toilet for as short a time as possible. Flats near Cowgate and homes beside the Forth and Clyde Canal can be tight for parking, so we agree where the van unloads before day one.
Yes. Lenzie grew up around its railway station in Victorian times, and many of its sandstone villas still have tall ceilings, cornices and sash windows. We cover the original plasterwork and joinery before stripping out, and tired old pipework can be replaced while the floor is up. A traditional suite sits comfortably in these rooms, though a clean modern design can work just as well.
Easily. The homes built on the former Woodilee Hospital grounds came with serviceable but plain bathrooms and en-suites. Because the plumbing is recent, we can usually fit a larger enclosure, storage under the basin and wall panels to the ceiling without moving the main pipes.
Usually it is. The council-built terraces and semis of Hillhead and Harestanes have compact bathrooms where the bath takes up one whole wall. Lifting the bath out and fitting a low tray with a single glass panel opens up the floor, and light wall panels make the room feel wider. If you want to keep a bath, an L-shaped shower bath is a good compromise.
The designer checks at the first visit. Older G66 homes with a loft tank and a hot water cylinder give a softer flow, which a pump or the right valve can lift. Newer houses, including those at Woodilee, usually have mains-pressure hot water and can run a wide rainfall head. You are shown showers that match what your system delivers.
Yes. Our Glasgow showroom is inside Dobbies Garden Centre, 75 Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew, G51 4FB, at Braehead, reached from Kirkintilloch by the M80 and then the M8. Parking is free. Visit any day between 10am and 5pm. If you would sooner stay put, the designer brings wall panel, tile and tap samples to your home instead.
Monthly payments are available, and the first check is not a hard search. We offer Buy Now Pay 12 Months Later, flexible credit up to 24 months, and longer-term flexible credit up to 10 years. The initial eligibility check is a soft search with no impact on your credit score, and gives an instant decision. Ultimate Home Solutions is authorised by the FCA as a credit broker (not a lender). A Kirkintilloch bathroom can be yours from £22 a week, subject to status. Various deposit options are available.
All workmanship is guaranteed: the way the suite is fitted and sealed, the plumbing, the electrics and the tiling or panelling. If anything needs looking at once we have left, phone the freephone number and we will arrange a visit to your G66 home.
Designers and vetted fitters cover the whole of G66. The home visit is free, there is no call-out fee, and the Campsie villages of Milton of Campsie and Lennoxtown are included along with Torrance and Twechar.
Can't find your street? Any G66 address is covered, and the villages nearby are too. Let us have your G66 postcode and we will phone to arrange a free design visit.
