Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new bathrooms across Lockerbie, in the red sandstone houses along Main Street and High Street, the terraces at Townhead and Dryfesdale, and the cottages and farmhouses spread through the country around the town. A designer travels out, measures the room properly and plans the layout beside you, and the quote that follows is free and carries no obligation. Vetted fitters finish in 3 to 6 days and all workmanship is guaranteed.
A red sandstone house on Main Street and a farm cottage out past Corrie want different bathrooms, and out here the hot water system usually shapes the answer as much as the room does.
Frameless glass, a level tray and large boards, which buy back floor in the narrow bathrooms of the Townhead terraces.

Answers for DG11: cover, the journey, cost, old sandstone houses, private water supplies, pressure, timings and finance.
A bathroom designer answers the phone rather than an operator reading from a script. Someone is on between 10am and 5pm, seven days a week.
Call 0800 029 3875All of DG11. That takes in Lockerbie itself, Main Street, High Street, Townhead, Dryfesdale, Dryfe Road and Park Place, and reaches out to Lochmaben, Hightae, Templand, Ecclefechan, Kirkpatrick Fleming, Waterbeck, Corrie, Johnstonebridge and Boreland. There is no travel charge to any of them.
Yes, and the journey costs you nothing. A designer travels down to Lockerbie with the samples and the brochures, measures the room and plans the layout with you at the table. Fitting is scheduled as one continuous run rather than scattered days.
It depends on the room size, how much moves, the suite and the finishes on the walls and floor. A shower room in a Townhead terrace sits below a full family bathroom in a sandstone house with the layout changed. The design visit and the quote are both free, and various deposit options are available.
Nothing unusual for us. Deep window reveals, uneven floors and walls well out of square are normal in the older Lockerbie stock. The designer measures the room exactly as it stands so the boards, trays and units are ordered to fit rather than being forced in.
It can, and it is worth mentioning at the visit. Pressure and flow from a borehole or a spring vary a lot, and that decides whether a particular shower or a thermostatic valve will actually perform. The designer checks it rather than assuming mains pressure.
Often it can, and it is far cheaper done during the fit. The designer looks at the system you have and whether a pump or a different valve is the answer. On older tank-fed systems out here that usually transforms how the shower feels.
A bathroom takes 3 to 6 days down this way.. You are walked through what happens on each day before the first panel comes off, and the fitters work to it at your address down this way...
Pipe joints, wiring, seals, wall finishes and the way the suite is hung are all inside it, because all workmanship is guaranteed.
Bought a suite already at your address in Lockerbie? Our fitters will put that in and the labour figure does not move at your address down this way...
There is, if you fancy the run. Kilmarnock and Braehead both hold displays. Braehead is open daily, 10am through to 5pm, and Kilmarnock Monday to Saturday, with Sunday by appointment.
Our designers come down to DG11 regularly, from the town out to the farms and villages. The visit is free and no travel charge is added, wherever in DG11 you are.
Village not on that list? Any DG11 address gets a designer out, farms and outlying cottages included. Send the DG11 postcode over and a free design visit in Lockerbie goes in the diary.
