Nothing is charged for coming out and no call-out fee is added.
Whatever your own room works out at once it has been measured and specified. The floor area is the first lever and the layout is the second, because holding the suite on the pipe runs already under the boards costs less than moving it across the room. Beyond that it is the sanitaryware, the shower and the wall finishes you settle on, plus anything worn out that appears when the old floor comes up. The design visit and the quote are free and put you under no obligation, and finance runs from £22 a week, subject to status.
Allow 3 to 6 days for a Newmains bathroom. Before a tile is lifted you are told which jobs land on which day, and that plan is what the fitters follow. Many village houses have the one toilet, so mention it and the days are ordered to keep it usable overnight.

The readings are taken before anything is chosen. Houses still running hot water off a cylinder fed from the loft give a gentle flow, and a pump or a valve built for low pressure lifts it. A combi puts you on mains pressure and the wider heads are then no bother at all. You are only shown what your own system can drive.
In most village houses, yes, and it is the change older customers ask for most. The bath comes out, a low tray or a floor-level shower goes in, and rails and a fold-down seat can be sited exactly where you want them. Wall boards instead of small tiles leave hardly any grout to keep after.

From Newmains the usual route is the A71 to the motorway at Newhouse and then west, and the car park costs nothing. Doors are open 10am to 5pm, Monday through Sunday, and Kilmarnock is the second showroom, open Monday to Saturday with Sunday by appointment. If a trip is awkward, the designer brings the samples to the village instead.
