Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel — a piece of code on our website — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. The Pixel tracks actions you take on our site (such as viewing a page or submitting a quote request) and allows us to show you relevant Ultimate Home Solutions adverts on Facebook and Instagram.
In addition to the browser-based Pixel, we also use the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and Meta Offline Conversions. These are server-side tools that allow us to send conversion event data (such as a form submission or a booked survey) directly from our systems to Meta, without relying solely on cookies. Google Enhanced Conversions & Customer Match
Where you have submitted a quote request or made an enquiry, we may use Google Enhanced Conversions to send hashed (encrypted) contact information — such as your email address or telephone number — to Google in order to improve the accuracy of our conversion reporting. This helps us understand which adverts are working and optimise our campaigns accordingly.
We may also use Google Customer Match to upload hashed contact lists to Google to show targeted adverts to existing enquirers, or to find similar audiences. Data used for Customer Match is hashed before transmission and is not used by Google for any purpose other than matching and ad delivery.
