Lowest Price Of Any Front Door
The cheapest front door we fit, and nothing to spend on it afterwards. No painting, no treating, no upkeep.
Lowest price

Ultimate Home Solutions supplies and fits new uPVC doors across Helensburgh and the villages along the Gareloch, and fits new back and side doors in the same visit where they are wanted. Doors here work for a living. A frontage at Craigendoran or along the shore road looks straight out at the firth, the upper town catches the rain coming off the hills behind it, and the villages at Rhu, Shandon and Clynder get both. A uPVC panel has nothing in it to swell, rot or want repainting, the frame carries steel through sealed chambers, and vetted fitters hang it inside a day. The survey is free and all workmanship is guaranteed.
A front door in Helensburgh stands in the wind that comes up the firth, and paint on a timber door here rarely lasts the way the tin promises. uPVC takes that out of your hands for the lowest outlay of any door we fit, and everything that makes it work sits inside the frame rather than on the surface.
The cheapest front door we fit, and nothing to spend on it afterwards. No painting, no treating, no upkeep.
Lowest priceHooks and bolts lock the door into the frame at several points up the edge, not one latch doing all the work.
Locks at 5 pointsThe frame is made of sealed air pockets with steel inside, so heat stays in and the hall stays warmer.
Insulated frameThe colour runs all the way through the finish, so scuffs do not show and it never needs a coat of paint.
Zero repaintingClear, frosted, leaded, bevelled or stained. Pick the light you want in the hall and the privacy you want from the street.
12 glass optionsMeasured to your actual doorway, not picked from a size chart and packed out with trim on the day.

Call 0800 029 3875We do, and no there is not. Helensburgh, Craigendoran, Colgrain, Hermitage, Kirkmichael and Ardencaple are all on the run, and so are Rhu, Shandon, Garelochhead, Rosneath, Clynder, Kilcreggan, Cove and Cardross. The visit costs nothing, there is no call-out fee and the quote afterwards commits you to nothing.
It is the least expensive door on our list and it undercuts composite by a clear margin. The size of the opening matters most, then whether you want a side panel or a light above the door, the glass design and the hardware you choose. Measuring is free. Various deposit options are available.
It is worth a check before you settle on it. Parts of Helensburgh sit inside a conservation area, and for a street-facing door on a listed or protected frontage the council may want the style kept in keeping with the building. We will say so honestly at the survey, and if a timber-look door is the better answer we supply composite and Palladio as well. Back and side doors are rarely an issue.
It should sit far steadier. A multi-point lock pulls the panel hard against the seals at several heights rather than holding it on a single latch, so there is nothing for a gust to flex. The frame is packed and sealed all the way round as it goes in, which is usually where the whistling came from.
Not to the panel or the frame, which have nothing in them for salt to take hold of. Exposed hardware does work harder near the water, so tell the surveyor how open the doorway is and the handle and letterplate finishes will be talked through with that in mind.
Yes, and around here they often need it more than the front. There is no timber in a uPVC door to rot along the bottom rail and no paint to blister, and a wipe with warm soapy water is the entire routine. The door through to a garage counts as the same work.
One working day for a uPVC door. The old door and frame come out, the new frame goes in plumb and packed, the panel is hung, glass and hardware are fitted, then the whole thing is sealed and tested. Your home is locked again long before anyone drives off.
Considerably more so than the single-latch doors people remember. Hooks and bolts engage into the frame at several points when you lift the handle and turn the key, the cylinder is a high-security type, and glazed panels use toughened or laminated glass.
White, cream, black and anthracite grey, plus woodgrain foils such as golden oak and rosewood, and the inside face can differ from the outside. Glazing runs from clear and obscure through leaded, bevelled and stained, with chrome, gold, black or graphite handles and letterplates.
