Yes. Every home survey and quote is completely free, with no obligation. We measure up, talk through your ideas and give you a clear quote that is yours to keep.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Ayrshire and the rest of Scotland. If you are not sure whether we reach your postcode, give us a call and we will confirm.
Do you have showrooms I can visit?
Yes, two. Our Glasgow showroom is inside Dobbies Garden Centre at Braehead, and our Kilmarnock showroom is on the Glencairn Industrial Estate. Braehead is open 10am to 5pm every day and Kilmarnock Monday to Saturday, with Sunday by appointment, so you can see the quality in person before you decide.

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry 5 million pounds of public liability insurance on every job, so you and your home are covered throughout the project.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. All workmanship is guaranteed. If anything about our work is not right, get in touch and we will put it right.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer flexible finance options and Buy Now Pay Later to help spread the cost. Ultimate Home Solutions is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and acts as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status.
How long does a project take?
It varies by service and the size of the job. We give you an honest timescale at the survey, before you commit, so you know exactly what to expect rather than a vague estimate.
Do you remove the old kitchen, bathroom or units and clean up?
Yes. Rip-out, disposal and a daily clean-down are all included. We take away the old units and materials and tidy up at the end of each day, so your home stays liveable while we work.
How much will my project cost?
Every quote is free and comes with no obligation. The exact price depends on the size of the job and the specification you choose, so the most accurate way to find out is a free survey where we price it properly.
Do I pay a deposit?
Various deposit options are available. Once you decide to go ahead, we agree the deposit with you, and the remaining payments are staged against agreed milestones as the work progresses.
