View Modern kitchensFor over a decade we've helped Scottish homeowners replace dated, cramped kitchens with rooms they actually want to spend time in. Whether you're after a hard-wearing family hub, a galley that maximises every centimetre, or an open-plan island for entertaining, our process starts in your home.
A designer visits with full sample boards, working hinges and slab finishes. No pressure, no obligation. You'll get a clear quote that is yours to keep. We design it, supply it, fit it, and finish it: one team, one point of contact, all workmanship guaranteed.

Before a single door or worktop is chosen, the layout sets how the room flows, how much storage you get and where people gather. Here are the shapes we work with, and where each one shines.
Two runs of units facing each other. Hugely efficient with everything in reach, and the smart choice for narrower rooms and tenement kitchens where every centimetre counts.
Two connected walls of units. Flexible, easy to move around and a natural fit for opening the kitchen onto a dining area. The most popular shape for a reason.
Three walls wrapping around you. Maximum storage and worktop, with a brilliant work triangle between sink, hob and fridge. Ideal if you cook a lot and want everything to hand.
The social heart of the kitchen. Extra prep space, hidden storage and somewhere to perch with a coffee or a glass of wine. Needs the floor space, but transforms how the room is used.
An island that's attached at one end. You get the breakfast-bar seating and extra worktop without needing a walk-around gap, perfect when the room is sociable but not huge.
Kitchen, dining and living flowing together, or gently zoned with a half-wall or island. Great for family life and entertaining. We plan sight lines, noise and storage so it works day to day.
Scotland's tenements, new-build flats and older terraces often come with a compact galley or box kitchen. Making a small space feel bigger and work harder is one of the things we do best.

Every unit is built to your exact walls, so there is no wasted gap, awkward filler or dead corner.

Full-height units, corner carousels, pull-out larders and deep drawers that use every inch.

Slimline and integrated appliances, combination ovens and compact sinks that free up worktop.
Design, products, fitting, finance and aftercare, all handled in one simple process.

From the first design visit to handover, the team were brilliant. Twelve working days, dust-sheeted every night, nothing left for us to sort. The finish is exactly what we hoped for.
Lauren came to the house with full sample boards, no pressure. Three visits before we signed anything. Open-plan island fitted to the millimetre. Quality is in another league.
Quoted on day one, finished bang on schedule. Old kitchen ripped out and disposed of, new in within two weeks. Every trade was well organised.
We compared four kitchen companies. Ultimate Home Solutions were not the cheapest but on quality and aftercare, nobody came close. Neff appliances at trade price tipped the decision.
We had an awkward L-shape for years. They opened it out into an island layout with pantry larder. Every trade lined up, no waiting between phases. Faultless.
Rigid carcasses, soft-close everywhere, ABS edges. You can see why it costs more than B&Q. The workmanship guarantee was what closed it for us, and Niamh stayed in touch all the way through.

The questions we hear most often from Scottish homeowners planning a new kitchen: pricing, timescales, finance and aftercare.
Speak to a real designer, not a chatbot or call-centre. We typically answer within an hour, 7 days a week.

Yes. We set up a temporary kitchen area (kettle, microwave, fridge) in another room before we start. Dust sheets go up on day one and we vacuum daily. Most families stay at home throughout.
We rip out and dispose of the existing kitchen on day one, including units, worktops, splashback tiles and flooring if needed. Disposal is included in every quote.
Yes. Our Gas Safe registered engineers handle all gas work, and our qualified electricians handle all wiring. Both issue certificates on completion.
If your current floor is in good condition, we scribe the units to it. If it needs replacing, we can quote for new flooring as part of the project. We recommend fitting flooring before the kitchen where possible.
Absolutely. We fit customer-supplied appliances at no extra charge. If you prefer, we supply Neff, Bosch, Siemens and AEG at trade prices, typically 15 to 25% below retail.
A deposit is taken once you accept a quote and sign the order, and it is protected under consumer credit regulations. Various deposit options are available.
We inspect every delivery before installation begins. If a door, panel or worktop is damaged, we reorder immediately and fit a temporary piece so installation can continue without delay. Replacement parts typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
