Call 0800 029 3875We do, and there is not. Ayr is close to our Kilmarnock showroom, so designers and fitters are in the town regularly. A home design visit anywhere in Ayr is free, there is no call-out or travel charge, and the quote that follows carries no obligation.
Our Kilmarnock showroom, at Block 5, Unit 1, Glencairn Industrial Estate, KA1 4AZ. From Ayr it is a simple run up the A77. Typical figures are from £6,000 for a small galley refit, £8,000 to £15,000 for a mid-range family kitchen, and from £20,000 for a large open-plan kitchen with an island. Removal of the old kitchen, plumbing, electrics and worktops are part of the price. Room size, worktop material and appliance choice move the figure up or down, and the quote itself is clear and free.
Usually 10 to 14 working days. The design stage takes around a fortnight, the kitchen then takes four to six weeks to be manufactured after you approve it, and fitting follows. From first visit to handover, most projects run to between eight and ten weeks.
Compact kitchens are common in Alloway, Doonfoot and Prestwick bungalows, and they respond well to good planning. Units are built to your exact walls so no space is lost to filler panels, and full-height units, corner carousels, pull-out larders and deep drawers put every corner to work. Slimline and integrated appliances free up worktop, and the 3D plan lets you check it all before you commit.
We do. The old units, worktops and splashback tiles come out on the first day, along with the flooring if it needs to go, and disposal is included in your quote. There is no skip for you to organise.
If it is in good condition, yes, and the new units are scribed to it. If it has seen better days we can price a new floor as part of the job. Where a floor is being replaced, we recommend laying it before the kitchen goes in.
Both. We supply Neff, Bosch, Siemens and AEG at trade prices, typically 15 to 25% below retail. Bought your own elsewhere? Those go in for the same labour cost, with nothing added.
Yes. We offer Buy Now Pay 12 Months Later, flexible credit up to 24 months, and longer-term flexible credit up to 10 years. The initial eligibility check is a soft search with no impact on your credit score, and gives an instant decision. Ultimate Home Solutions is authorised by the FCA as a credit broker (not a lender).
