The designer measures each wall and recess, and the 3D model is built from those numbers, so the awkward spots are resolved at the drawing stage instead of on fitting day.

If the floor is in good condition the units are scribed to it and it stays. If it has had its day, new flooring can be quoted as part of the project. Where possible we recommend laying the floor before the kitchen goes in.
A deposit is taken once you accept the quote and sign the order, and it is protected under consumer credit regulations. Various deposit options are available.
