It is open 10am to 5pm every day, parking is free and no appointment is needed. Kilmarnock is our other showroom, and a designer will happily bring samples to the house instead.
A compact galley refit starts from £6,000, the middle of the market runs £8,000 to £15,000, and a big open-plan kitchen with an island opens at £20,000. Those prices take in the strip-out, the plumbing, the electrics and the worktops. The size of the room, the worktop material and the appliances decide where yours sits. Installation runs 10 to 14 working days. Add about two weeks of design beforehand and four to six weeks of manufacture once the drawings are approved, so eight to ten weeks from first visit to finished kitchen is the normal run.
It often can, and in the older new town houses it makes an enormous difference. Whether the dividing wall is structural is established at the survey, not guessed at, and where it can be opened up the work is arranged as part of the project with the necessary approvals in place. You will see both layouts modelled, the room as it stands and the room opened out, before deciding.
Yes. An induction hob needs its own supply, so a qualified electrician runs a dedicated circuit back to the consumer unit and tests it, and the old gas point is capped off safely by a Gas Safe registered engineer. It is a common change in East Kilbride houses and it is priced into the quote rather than sprung on you later.
Change them as often as you like before the order goes in. The 3D plan is there to be argued with, so doors, worktops, handles and the whole layout can be swapped on screen, and revised drawings cost nothing. Once you approve the final version, that is what gets made.
