Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new kitchens across Fraserburgh, from the granite terraces close to the harbour and Kinnaird Head to the semis around Bellslea and the farm cottages out past Memsie and Rathen. A designer calls at the house, measures the room properly and draws it in 3D while you are sitting there. You end up with a clear quote that asks nothing of you, fitting by trusted installers, and all workmanship guaranteed.
The style you land on sets the tone, and everything else is chosen around it.
[ Style · Shaker · sage green / oak ]Painted shaker in chalk, slate or deep blue, at ease against the granite and the high skirtings of the older harbour-side houses.

[ Style · Handleless · graphite ]Handleless doors with under-unit lighting, which lift the darker back kitchens found in many Broadsea and town centre homes.

[ Style · Modern · island ]Peninsulas and open-plan runs for the roomier houses out at Rathen, Memsie and Sandhaven, where the kitchen doubles as the dining room.
View Modern kitchensEntire process was really smooth and professional; from setting up the consultation, the walkthroughs, and the work itself. I honestly couldn't have asked for better. Got a new kitchen floor and full bathroom renovation installed in 5 days and perfectly within the schedule I needed to work too. Both rooms are a dream come true. The whole company was amazing and I was kept informed every step of the way.
Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The qualities of the product were explained and demonstrated and we went ahead. We were delighted with the end product and the lads who done the job were friendly professional and approachable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and will do so if asked.
From start to finish very professional, fantastic job looks great.

Coverage, cost, fitting times, sea air, small back kitchens, appliances, trades and finance, as asked by homeowners around the Broch.
Ring and a kitchen designer takes the call, not a switchboard. The line is open seven days, and a message usually gets an answer the same hour.
Call 0800 029 3875We do, and there is no charge for the journey. Design visits and installations cover Fraserburgh, Rosehearty, Sandhaven, Inverallochy, Cairnbulg, St Combs and the villages inland. The visit, the plan and the quote are free and nothing about them commits you.
A small galley refit starts from £6,000, a mid-range family kitchen sits between £8,000 and £15,000, and a large open-plan kitchen with an island starts at £20,000. Removal of the old kitchen, plumbing, electrics and worktops are inside those figures. Room size, the worktop material and the appliances decide where yours lands, and the quote costs you nothing.
Inside the house it is steam and condensation that cause the trouble rather than salt, so extraction gets proper attention at the survey. The hood is sized to the room and vented outside where the wall allows, and the designer will talk through where the moisture in your kitchen actually goes before the layout is settled.
Reckon on a fortnight for design and planning, then four to six weeks while the kitchen is built once you have approved the drawings. Installation runs to 10 to 14 working days. Most Fraserburgh jobs therefore take eight to ten weeks end to end.
It is where you gain the most. Units made to your exact wall lengths mean no space disappears into filler panels, a tall pull-out larder swallows far more than a base cupboard, and slimline integrated appliances keep the worktop free. Lighting under the wall units makes a real difference in a north-facing room, and the 3D plan shows you the gain before anything is ordered.
Every kitchen comes from Nobilia in Germany, Europe's largest manufacturer. You can pick painted shaker, true handleless or modern slab doors, in matt, gloss or wood-grain, and soft-close fittings run through the whole kitchen.
We do. Units, worktops, splashback tiles and the old flooring if it is going come out on the first morning and leave the property with us. Disposal is already inside the price, so there is no skip for you to book.
