View Modern kitchensCould not be happier with Ultimate Home Solutions Ltd in Kilmarnock. Russell and Brian kept us right on the design and supply of our new kitchen. Top quality advice and products. First class service all round.
I loved the experience. The finished product was far beyond my expectations and the workload was quickly carried out and completed. The workers when they arrived were polite and maintained high quality standards. Further, they ensured the mess they made was cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to others as the business is very professional.
Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The qualities of the product were explained and demonstrated and we went ahead. We were delighted with the end product and the lads who done the job were friendly professional and approachable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and will do so if asked.

Call 0800 029 3875We do, regularly, and there is no charge for it. Design visits and fitting cover Girvan, Turnberry, Maidens, Kirkoswald, Dailly, Barr, Colmonell, Ballantrae and the villages between them. The visit, the 3D plan and the quote are free, with no call-out fee and no obligation to go ahead.
At our Kilmarnock showroom, Block 5, Unit 1, Glencairn Industrial Estate, KA1 4AZ, a straightforward run north on the A77. It is open 10am to 5pm every day with free parking at the door. Phone 0800 029 3875 first and a designer will be free when you arrive.
A small galley refit starts from £6,000, a mid-range family kitchen runs £8,000 to £15,000, and a big open-plan kitchen with an island starts at £20,000. Each of those covers taking the old kitchen out, plumbing, electrics and worktops. Your own figure depends on the room, the worktop and the appliances, and the quote is free.
Two things get checked at the survey. The first is the wall itself, because a cold external wall in an older rendered property can leave units feeling damp if there is nowhere for moisture to go, so we look at ventilation and extraction. The second is where the waste and the water come in, since that often decides whether the sink can move.
Fitting itself occupies 10 to 14 working days. Add about two weeks for design and planning and four to six weeks of manufacture once you have signed the drawings off. Eight to ten weeks from first visit to handover is normal.
That is where careful planning earns its keep. Units are built to your wall lengths so nothing is wasted on filler panels, a tall pull-out larder holds far more than a base cupboard, and slimline integrated appliances keep the worktop usable. The 3D plan shows you how much you gain before you order.
Nobilia, Europe's largest kitchen manufacturer, German-engineered throughout. Painted shaker, handleless and modern slab doors are all available, and soft-close drawers and hinges come as standard.
No. We take the old kitchen out and dispose of it on the first day, which is already in the price, and Gas Safe registered engineers and qualified electricians handle the gas and the wiring with certificates for both. Tiling, flooring and decoration are organised as part of the same job.
