Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new kitchens across Irvine, from the 1970s houses at Bourtreehill, Broomlands and Girdle Toll to the older streets of Fullarton, the flats around the Harbourside and the villas out on Kilwinning Road. A designer measures the room, draws it in 3D and leaves you with a clear quote that carries no obligation. Trusted installers then take the job from strip-out to handover, and all workmanship is guaranteed.
A through kitchen in Bourtreehill and a villa kitchen on Kilwinning Road end up very different, but both plans open from one of these three.
[ Style · Shaker · sage green / oak ]Painted shaker in cream, sage or navy, which suits the older sandstone houses around Fullarton and the villas along Kilwinning Road.

[ Style · Handleless · graphite ]Handleless doors with lighting under the wall units, a sensible answer to the long narrow kitchens built into the Castlepark and Pennyburn housing.

View Modern kitchensHad my kitchen fitted with ultimate homes, from start to Paul coming out to measure and design was very helpful with suggestions and layout of kitchen .Also Brian and Russel in helping to choose colour scheme for worktops splashback and wetwall which all match perfectly, and to Darren the kitchen fitter who went above and beyond to get it all perfect, couldn't have asked for better, and to Michael the electrician and...
Brilliant communication, work done to a high standard and good prices. Would definitely use this company again.
I loved the experience. The finished product was far beyond my expectations and the workload was quickly carried out and completed. The workers when they arrived were polite and maintained high quality standards. Further, they ensured the mess they made was cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to others as the business is very professional.

Call 0800 029 3875Kilmarnock, at Block 5, Unit 1, Glencairn Industrial Estate, KA1 4AZ, a straight run along the A71. It opens 10am to 5pm seven days, parking is free and you do not need an appointment. Ring 0800 029 3875 first if you want a designer put aside for you. Our other showroom is inside Dobbies at Braehead in Renfrew.
Take whichever suits your week. Some Irvine customers walk round the Glencairn displays first to settle on doors and worktops, then book a designer to measure at home. Others begin at home and only visit later to confirm a colour. Neither route costs anything and neither ties you in.
Guide figures run from £6,000 for a small galley refit, £8,000 to £15,000 for a mid-range family kitchen, and from £20,000 for a large open-plan kitchen with an island. Removing the old kitchen, plumbing, electrics and worktops are all inside those figures. The quote itself is free, clear and carries no obligation.
Quite a lot. Houses at Bourtreehill, Broomlands and Girdle Toll often have a narrow galley with a doorway at each end, so we look first at whether a run can be brought round the corner or a dividing wall opened up to the dining space. Where the wall has to stay, full-height units, deep pan drawers and integrated appliances win back the storage without stealing floor width.
Fitting itself is 10 to 14 working days. Before that, allow about two weeks for design and planning and four to six weeks for manufacture once the drawings are approved, so eight to ten weeks from the first appointment to the handover is the usual run of things.
Almost nobody does. A temporary spot with a kettle, a microwave and a fridge is set up in another room before the old units come out. Dust sheets go down on day one and the fitters clear and vacuum the work area before they leave each evening.
They are Nobilia kitchens, German-engineered and made by the largest kitchen manufacturer in Europe. Come along to Glencairn and you can pull the drawers out and swing the doors yourself. Soft-close fittings are standard throughout.
Yes, and fitting them costs no more in labour. If you would rather we supplied them, Neff, Bosch, Siemens and AEG are available at trade prices, usually 15 to 25% below retail, and the designer can price both ways so you can compare.
