Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new kitchens across Kilsyth, from the older stone houses along Main Street and around Burngreen to the post-war semis at Balmalloch and Allanfauld and the cottages out towards Queenzieburn and Banton. A designer draws your room in 3D and hands you a clear quote with nothing owed, and the doors and worktops can be seen at the Braehead displays whenever it suits. Vetted installers take 10 to 14 working days and all workmanship is guaranteed.
Whether it is a Main Street stone house or a semi at Allanfauld, a Kilsyth kitchen brief usually comes down to getting more usable worktop without losing the room.

Call 0800 029 3875It depends on the size of the room, how many units you need, the door range and which worktop you settle on. A compact galley in a Balmalloch terrace is a very different job from a knocked-through kitchen-diner in a Main Street house. The design visit and the 3D plan cost nothing and the quote leaves you free to walk away. Various deposit options are available.
Nothing we do not meet regularly. Walls out of square, deep window reveals and uneven floors are normal in the older Kilsyth stock, which is why the designer measures properly and the fitters scribe units to the wall rather than leaving a gap covered with trim. It is also worth checking where the services run before the layout is settled.
Usually yes, and often without moving a wall. Taller wall units make use of height that is being wasted, drawers hold far more than a base cupboard with a shelf, and a slimmer worktop depth on one run can free up the walking space. The 3D plan lets you see it before you commit to anything.
At our Glasgow showroom inside Dobbies at Braehead, 75 Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew, G51 4FB, open 10am to 5pm seven days a week, with Kilmarnock open Monday to Saturday, Sunday by appointment. Your designer can also bring door and worktop samples to the house so colours can be judged in your own light.
Fitting runs to 10 to 14 working days for most Kilsyth kitchens, depending on the size of the room and whether any walls or services are moving. The team works to a running order so the sink and a worktop come back as early as sensibly possible.
Yes. Stripping out the old units, worktops and appliances is part of the job, and the waste leaves with the fitters. If something is being kept, say so at the design visit and it will be set aside carefully rather than skipped.
You can, and plenty of people do. Bring the model numbers to the design visit so the designer can build the correct housings into the plan. Where an appliance is on its last legs, he will say so rather than design a new kitchen around something about to fail.
Laminate stretches furthest for the money and has moved on a lot. Solid surface and quartz cost more and handle heat and water better around a busy family sink. The designer will talk through where each one makes sense for your room instead of steering you at the dearest option.
