Size, worktop material and appliances move the number, and you will have a clear quote to look over before deciding anything.
Around eight to ten weeks all in. Roughly two weeks for design and planning, four to six weeks to manufacture once you sign the plan off, then 10 to 14 working days for the installation itself.
Quite a lot. The trick in the older district houses is to keep the through route clear and put the working triangle down one side, with tall housings taking the oven and the fridge so the run of worktop is not broken up. Handleless doors and lighting under the wall units make a narrow room feel wider. Your designer models two or three arrangements on the laptop so you can see the difference before choosing.
Often yes, and it is a common request in the Deans, Knightsridge and Dedridge houses where the two rooms sit side by side. Whether the wall is load-bearing decides what is involved, and if a beam is needed we say so at the design visit and price it into the job rather than springing it on you later.
No. Before the old units come out we set up a temporary kitchen in another room with a kettle, a microwave and the fridge, dust sheets go down on day one, and the fitters vacuum before they leave each evening. Most families stay put for the whole thing.
Yes, and fitting them costs no more. If you would rather buy through us, Bosch, Neff, Siemens, AEG and Miele are available at trade prices, usually 15 to 25% below the high street, and the designer brings the brochures along.
