Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new kitchens across Saltcoats, from the tenement flats and terraces looking out over the Firth of Clyde to the post-war semis at Dykesmains, Braes and Chapelwell and the bungalows up towards Sharphill. A designer measures the room, plans it in 3D and hands you a clear quote with nothing attached. Vetted installers then do the work, and all workmanship is guaranteed.
Every plan we draw on this coast grows out of one of the three, and gets bent to fit the house.
[ Style · Shaker · sage green / oak ]Painted shaker in chalk, dove or deep green, which suits the older terraces and flats along the seafront and the streets off Hamilton Street.

View Modern kitchensEntire process was really smooth and professional; from setting up the consultation, the walkthroughs, and the work itself. I honestly couldn't have asked for better. Got a new kitchen floor and full bathroom renovation installed in 5 days and perfectly within the schedule I needed to work too. Both rooms are a dream come true. The whole company was amazing and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Brilliant communication, work done to a high standard and good prices. Would definitely use this company again.

There is no call handler in the way. You get a designer who plans kitchens all week, seven days a week, and most messages are answered inside the hour.
Call 0800 029 3875A short drive inland. The Kilmarnock showroom is at Block 5, Unit 1, Glencairn Industrial Estate, KA1 4AZ, open 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday with free parking outside. Sundays are by appointment. If you would rather have a designer held for you, ring 0800 029 3875 and we will arrange it.
Of course. Free design visits cover the whole of Saltcoats, Ardrossan and Stevenston, and plenty of customers never set foot in the showroom. The designer brings the door fronts and worktop pieces with them, measures up and builds the plan there and then. Nothing is charged for the visit.
Prices open around £6,000 for a small galley refit, sit at £8,000 to £15,000 for a mid-range family kitchen, and begin at £20,000 for a large open-plan room with an island. Stripping out the old kitchen, plumbing, electrics and worktops are part of the price. Room size, worktop and appliances shift the total, and the quote costs nothing.
No, it is routine along the coast. Tell us which floor you are on when you book and the fitters plan how the units and worktops come up. Everything is carried up by hand, the stair and landing are covered before work starts, and the close is left clear at the end of each day.
Not to the kitchen itself. What we do pay attention to in seafront properties is condensation, because single-aspect rooms with the windows shut against the wind hold moisture. The designer will look at where the extractor goes and how it vents before settling the layout.
Fitting is 10 to 14 working days. Ahead of that there is roughly a fortnight of design work and four to six weeks of manufacture after you approve the drawings, so eight to ten weeks overall is the normal shape.
Nobilia, Europe's biggest kitchen maker, German-engineered from the carcass out. Painted shaker, true handleless and modern slab fronts are all available, with soft-close hinges and runners fitted as standard.
The old units, worktops and tiles come out on the first day and leave with us, with disposal already in the price. Gas Safe registered engineers handle gas work, qualified electricians the wiring, and certificates are issued for both. Tiling and flooring are arranged by us too.
