Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new kitchens across Wishaw, from the stone-built houses off Main Street and Kirk Road to the bungalows and semis of Coltness and Cambusnethan and the villages of Newmains, Overtown and Waterloo. A designer visits, measures and builds the room in 3D, then gives you a clear quote that you are free to take away and think over. The kitchens are German-engineered by Nobilia, vetted installers fit them, and all workmanship is guaranteed.
Whether it is an older house off Kirk Road, a Coltness semi or a newer home in Newmains, most Wishaw kitchens grow out of one of these three.

Small galley refits are from £6,000. Mid-range family kitchens are typically £8,000 to £15,000, and a large open-plan kitchen with an island is from £20,000. Removal of the existing kitchen, plumbing, electrics and worktops are part of those prices. Room size, worktop material and appliance choice move the figure up or down, and your quote is clear, free and no-obligation.
Think in terms of eight to ten weeks from the first visit. Design and planning takes around two weeks, manufacture takes four to six weeks from the day you approve the design, and fitting takes 10 to 14 working days.
Yes, and a small room gains the most from careful planning. Kitchens in many Wishaw flats and terraces are compact, so the designer looks at tall larder units, corner pull-outs and deep pan drawers, along with slimline or integrated appliances that leave more worktop free. The 3D plan lets you judge how it feels before you order anything.
If the existing floor is in good condition, the units are scribed to it. If it has seen better days, new flooring can be quoted as part of the project, and where possible we recommend laying it before the kitchen goes in.
Either is fine. Appliances you supply are fitted without an extra charge. We can also supply Neff, Bosch, Siemens and AEG at trade prices, which usually works out 15 to 25% below the retail price.
No. Gas work is done by Gas Safe registered engineers and wiring by qualified electricians, with certificates issued at the end. Plumbing, tiling and decoration are all arranged for you as part of the installation.
