Ultimate Home Solutions designs, supplies and fits new house alarms, cameras and video doorbells across Bishopbriggs, beginning with a free survey at the house. G64 is a commuting suburb, so a great many streets sit quiet between the morning train and the evening one, and that is exactly the stretch of day an alarm and a camera earn their keep. The interwar semis around Kenmure and Meadowburn tend to have a side path and a back door out of sight of the road, the houses at Cadder and Jellyhill back on to the canal towpath, and the newer flats near the station share a stair and a bin store. Each of those is a different job, which is why the engineer looks before recommending. The Pyronix Enforcer panel is wireless, and the whole thing answers to your phone.
Not every G64 house wants the lot. A flat near Bishopbriggs station is often well served by the alarm and a doorbell you can answer from the office, while a semi at Springfield with a driveway, a side path and a garage usually wants a camera at the front and detection round the back. What each piece is for is set out below, and we settle the list together at the survey.
[ Intruder alarms ]Built on the PSI award-winning Pyronix Enforcer V11, with door, window and motion sensors that are pet-friendly to avoid false triggers. Choose bells-only, or upgrade to 24/7 professional monitoring so a response is triggered even when you're away.
[ HD CCTV ]Sharp day-and-night cameras with motion recording you can view live from your phone, anywhere. Footage is stored locally or in the cloud, ready if you ever need it.
[ Video doorbells ]See and speak to whoever's at the door from your phone, whether you're upstairs or out of the country. A simple upgrade that catches deliveries and deters chancers.
[ Monitored response ]For full peace of mind, link your system to a 24/7 alarm receiving centre. If it's triggered, keyholders or a response service are alerted straight away, day or night.
Fulfilled the timescales. Excellent workmanship. Competitive prices. Excellent customer service.
I loved the experience. The finished product was far beyond my expectations and the workload was quickly carried out and completed. The workers when they arrived were polite and maintained high quality standards. Further, they ensured the mess they made was cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to others as the business is very professional.
Did what they said they would do and on time.

The questions that come up in G64 before an order goes in: cost, empty houses on weekdays, the canal side, cameras and neighbours, pets, monitoring and paying by the month.
Ring in and an alarm engineer takes the call, with no options menu in front of it. Most people hear back inside the hour, any day.
Call 0800 029 3875We do, in every part of G64. Engineers are out at Kenmure, Springfield, Woodhill, Wester Cleddens, Huntershill, Auchinairn, Cadder, Jellyhill, Meadowburn and Balmuildy, and the round takes in Torrance, Bardowie, Lenzie, Kirkintilloch and Robroyston on the same terms. The survey costs nothing and there is no call-out fee.
It follows the property rather than a list. How many doors and ground floor windows want a sensor, whether a garage or a garden room is taken in, and whether you add cameras, a video doorbell or 24/7 monitoring all move the figure. A two-bedroom flat by the station needs a fraction of what a four-bedroom house at Balmuildy does. A clear quote with no obligation reaches you after the survey. Various deposit options are available.
Two things. A visible external siren box tells anybody sizing up the street that the house is covered, and the app tells you the moment anything trips, so you are not finding out at teatime. Add a camera at the front and you have a picture as well as an alert. If the place is regularly empty you can also link the system to an alarm receiving centre staffed around the clock, and your keyholders are contacted straight away.
Yes. The wireless external sensor reads 12m across a 90 degree spread and is pet immune up to 24kg, which suits a back boundary well because it triggers the alarm rather than simply recording. A camera can go up too, and privacy masking blots out the towpath and any neighbouring ground so those parts are never recorded.
No. Masking is applied over neighbouring property and the pavement before the system goes live, so those areas never record and you stay on the right side of data protection. The engineer shows you the intended coverage at the survey and you sign it off.
Not a problem. The indoor movement detectors are pet-friendly, which is what keeps false triggers down, and the outdoor sensor ignores animals up to 24kg. Tell the engineer which rooms and which route the cat uses and the sensors are sited around it.
A day for most alarms and up to two where cameras are going in as well. Before that, reckon on roughly 2 to 4 weeks from signing off the design while the equipment comes in and a fitting date is set. Nothing is left half finished: the system is tested and the app is running before the van moves.
Yes. We offer Buy Now Pay 12 Months Later, flexible credit up to 24 months, and longer-term flexible credit up to 10 years. The initial eligibility check is a soft search with no impact on your credit score, and gives an instant decision. Ultimate Home Solutions is authorised by the FCA as a credit broker (not a lender).
The Glasgow one is inside Dobbies Garden Centre, 75 Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew, G51 4FB, and the Kilmarnock showroom is at Block 5, Unit 1, Glencairn Industrial Estate, KA1 4AZ. Braehead opens 10am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday, Kilmarnock Monday to Saturday with Sunday by appointment, with free parking. For an alarm the more useful appointment is at your own address, because the engineer has to see the doors, the side path and the way round the back.
It can. Video doorbells from Ring, Google Nest and Arlo and smart locks such as the Yale Conexis and the Nuki go in alongside the panel, and they will link to Hive, Nest, Apple HomeKit or Amazon Alexa. A smart lock hands a time-limited code to a dog walker or a cleaner, and still opens on Bluetooth or a key if the broadband drops.
We do. All workmanship is guaranteed, and the equipment itself carries the warranty the manufacturer provides. Ring the freephone number and a visit gets arranged.
Our engineers are in and out of G64 addresses every week, fitting panels, sensors and cameras. Nothing is charged for the survey and nothing for the call-out, whether the house sits at Wester Cleddens or out at Torrance.
Your street not shown? Every G64 address is covered, along with Lenzie, Kirkintilloch, Torrance and Robroyston. Send us the postcode and a free security survey gets put in the diary, with no call-out charge.
