“Fulfilled the timescales.”
Fulfilled the timescales. Excellent workmanship. Competitive prices. Excellent customer service.

Ultimate Home Solutions supplies and fits new house alarms, CCTV and video doorbells right across Paisley, and our Glasgow showroom sits inside Dobbies at Braehead, a short run along the road. The town is a patchwork: shared closes and tenement flats near the Abbey and Causeyside, bungalows and semis at Ralston, Hawkhead and Barshaw, terraces at Glenburn and Foxbar, and newer builds out towards Brediland. Each has its own soft spot, so the engineer sees yours before recommending anything at all. We are also St Mirren's official social media sponsor, so the name may already be familiar locally.
A Paisley home rarely needs all of this at once. A second-floor flat off Causeyside Street may be fine with the alarm and a doorbell answered on the phone, while a semi at Ralston or Hawkhead with a driveway, a side path and a garage tends to want cameras and outdoor detection too. Read what each part is for and we will settle the detail together.
[ Intruder alarms ]Built on the PSI award-winning Pyronix Enforcer V11, with door, window and motion sensors that are pet-friendly to avoid false triggers. Choose bells-only, or upgrade to 24/7 professional monitoring so a response is triggered even when you're away.
[ HD CCTV ]Sharp day-and-night cameras with motion recording you can view live from your phone, anywhere. Footage is stored locally or in the cloud, ready if you ever need it.
[ Video doorbells ]See and speak to whoever's at the door from your phone, whether you're upstairs or out of the country. A simple upgrade that catches deliveries and deters chancers.
[ Monitored response ]For full peace of mind, link your system to a 24/7 alarm receiving centre. If it's triggered, keyholders or a response service are alerted straight away, day or night.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The qualities of the product were explained and demonstrated and we went ahead. We were delighted with the end product and the lads who done the job were friendly professional and approachable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and will do so if asked.
Brilliant communication, work done to a high standard and good prices. Would definitely use this company again.

What people in PA1, PA2 and PA3 ask before going ahead, from shared closes and back courts to cameras, pets, monitoring and spreading the cost.
You get a human being on the line rather than a keypad menu, and one who can answer alarm questions properly. Most calls are returned inside the hour, seven days a week.
Call 0800 029 3875Just along the road at Braehead. The Glasgow showroom is inside Dobbies Garden Centre, 75 Kings Inch Drive, Renfrew, G51 4FB, open 10am to 5pm every day with free parking. Walk through the garden centre, take the exit at the back and head up to the top right. For an alarm, mind, the visit that does the real work is the one to your own house.
It follows the property. The number of doors and windows needing a sensor, the size of the home, and whether you add cameras, a video doorbell or 24/7 monitoring all move the figure. A one-bedroom flat at Shortroods takes far less kit than a detached house at Thornly Park with a garage. The survey is free, there is no call-out fee in PA1, PA2 or PA3, and the quote carries no obligation. Various deposit options are available.
Plenty. Sensors go on your own front door and your own windows, the panel sits inside the flat, and because the system is wireless nothing is channelled into the close walls or the original plasterwork. Anything in the shared parts, a camera at the close mouth for instance, is a decision for all the owners and the factor, so speak to them before asking us to price it.
It can, within reason. A camera is angled to take in your own door and path, and privacy masking blanks out the parts of the green and any neighbouring windows that would otherwise be recorded. The wireless external sensor covers 12m across a 90 degree spread, which is often the better answer for a back court, because it triggers the alarm rather than simply filming.
Unlikely. The indoor movement sensors are pet-friendly to keep false triggers down, and the outdoor sensor is pet immune up to 24kg. Tell the engineer where the dog sleeps and roams and the sensors are positioned around that.
Most Paisley homes take 1 to 2 working days, with a plain alarm often finished inside a single day. Allow roughly 2 to 4 weeks between agreeing the design and the fitting date, while the kit is ordered in. Nothing is left half done: the system is tested and the app set up before anybody leaves.
Two to four usually covers the front door, the drive and the back garden on a semi-detached house, and four to six suits a detached one. Systems run from 2 up to 16 cameras, so larger properties with outbuildings are catered for. The engineer walks the boundary with you and marks the positions that will actually identify a face at the approach.
