Gas Heating Systems

Ultimate Home Solutions supply and install a three types of gas heating systems for gas supplied properties.

We install combination boilers which combine the central heating with domestic hot water supply in one device. These systems give you instant hot water without the need for an immersion tank.

Secondly, we install regular boiler systems which use a hot water storage tank which are ideal for large homes needing to supply a number of hot taps at once.

lastly, we offer system boilers, which are a mid-ground between the previous two. They utilize an internal storage tank to allow instant hot water to a number of taps.

There are benefits to all three systems, each better suited to different designs of home and lifestyles. We are always happy to help advise which system would be best suited for your requirements.

Combination Boilers

Combination Boilers are a superb solution for saving space in your property. They are ideally suited for smaller homes with upto one bathroom, however, combination boilers can be combined to supply zones in a house to allow for reliable heating system while also saving space.

A combi boiler provides both hot water and heating for your home from a single unit. Combi boilers heat water from the mains on demand, so when the hot tap is turned on the boiler turns on and heats water instantly. Due to this, there is no need for an immersion tank or cold water storage tank, making them ideal for smaller to medium sized dwellings. Since the boilers heat water at mains pressure, this allows you to run a high pressure shower.

System Boilers

System boilers are a superb solution for homes that may require multiple hot water sources to be running at the same time. They work similar to combi boilers but also contain an integrated hot water tank.

Because of system boilers design, there is no need for a separate hot water tank or cold water tank. These boilers can be a superb choice for medium to larger homes, or ideally properties undertaking a loft upgrade requiring the extra space these can bring.

Regular Boilers

Regular boilers, also names conventional or traditional boilers. These may be required for homes where a lot of hot water is needed at the same time.

In order to maintain these systems, regular boilers need to be linked to both cold water tanks and a hot water cylinder.  These are ideally suited to homes that already have a traditional heating system installed, as old radiator systems could be unable to cope with the higher pressure of combination or system boilers. This boiler type is also useful in areas where there is a low mains pressure supplied, as tap pressure is determined by gravity from the storage tanks, instead of mains pressure like the system or combination units.

Regular boilers are also compatible with solar hot water systems.
