About these terms
These terms govern your use of ultimatehomesolutions.co.uk and any services provided by Ultimate Home Solutions Limited (company number SC442380). By using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
Company information
Ultimate Home Solutions Limited is registered in Scotland under company number SC442380. Our registered address is Unit 9, 140 Woodhead Road, Nitshill, Glasgow, G53 7NN, Scotland.
Services
We provide home improvement design, supply and installation services across Scotland. Our services include fitted kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, conservatory roofs, new roofs, wall coatings, solar panels, heating systems and security systems.
All work is subject to a separate written quotation and contract. The specific terms of your project (including scope, pricing, timescales and guarantees) will be set out in that contract.
Quotations and contracts
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A binding contract is formed when you sign our order form and pay any required deposit.
All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the quotation has been issued, but any changes will be agreed with you in writing before work proceeds.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your individual contract. We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Debit card
- Credit card
Finance options are available subject to status. Please see the Finance section below for further details.
Finance
Ultimate Home Solutions Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker, not a lender. Our Financial Conduct Authority reference number is 735151 (placeholder). Credit is provided by a panel of lenders and is subject to status and affordability.
Representative examples and full terms will be provided at the point of application. A soft credit check (which does not affect your credit score) is carried out first to confirm eligibility before a full application.
Cancellation
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of signing your contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To cancel within this period, contact us in writing at info@ultimategroup.co.uk or by post to our registered address: Ultimate Home Solutions Limited, Unit 9, 140 Woodhead Road, Nitshill, Glasgow, G53 7NN, Scotland.
If you have requested that work begins within the cooling-off period, you may be liable for any costs reasonably incurred up to the point of cancellation.
