Most full-house coatings land between £3,500 and £8,500, fully applied including scaffolding, power-wash, substrate repair, primer, base coat and top coat. Larger detached homes can reach £14,000+. Every quote is clear, free of charge, and yours to keep with no obligation.
How long does the coating last?
ProPerla coatings come with our workmanship guarantee. Real-world life is typically 25 to 30 years before re-coat is needed, vs. 5 to 8 years for standard masonry paint.
How long does the application take?
Most homes are completed in 3 to 7 working days, weather permitting. Power-wash and substrate repair on day one, primer and coats over the following days. Fully scaffolded, sealed nightly.
Can I finance the coating? How does the credit check work?
Yes. We offer Buy Now Pay 12 Months Later, flexible credit up to 24 months, and longer-term flexible credit up to 10 years. The initial eligibility check is a soft search with no impact on your credit score, and gives an instant decision. Ultimate Home Solutions is authorised by the FCA as a credit broker (not a lender).
Will it cure my damp problem?
If the damp is caused by water ingress through walls (penetrating damp), yes, a hydrophobic coating typically cures it. If it's rising damp or condensation, the coating helps but isn't a standalone fix. Our surveyor diagnoses the cause first, and is honest with you if coating isn't the answer.
Do you cover my area in Scotland?
Yes. Our crews are based in Glasgow and Kilmarnock, and we install across the whole country, from Galloway to John o' Groats. Free home surveys anywhere in Scotland; no call-out fee, no postcode exclusions.
What colours can I have?
Any RAL colour. We carry colour samples on the surveyor visit and apply them to a small test area on request before you commit. Fade-resistant, formulated to hold colour through Scottish UV.
What does the workmanship guarantee cover?
All workmanship is guaranteed. That includes the preparation, the repairs and the application of the coating.
