“Fitted within 4 weeks from ordering.”
Great experience 5* from beginning to end. I had new windows fitted & a new front door really happy with the whole process & fitted within 4 weeks from ordering. Would definitely use again.

Ultimate Home Solutions supplies and fits new windows across Renfrew, in uPVC and timber-effect frames, and our showroom is in the town itself at Braehead. Very few companies can say that to a Renfrew customer. The burgh sits right on the water, so a south-westerly comes straight up the Clyde and finds any frame that no longer seals. We take out tired sash boxes in the older stone properties near the High Street, replace the steel and timber casements that came with the between-the-wars houses in Moorpark and Blythswood, and re-glaze the semis and terraces of Kirklandneuk, Porterfield and Newmains where the first round of uPVC has now given up. Every opening is measured in turn, and most houses are done in 1 to 3 working days with all workmanship guaranteed.

I was very well impressed from stat to finish with ultimate home solutions. I had Henry the sales for the double glazing and his advice was second to none and thank goodness for my windows look beautiful. The company that installed them were very professional and very clean workers. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in future for any further projects.
I was really pleased with the professionalism of the firm who replaced four windows with a triple glazed upgrade. The job was completed in one day. The workmen were very good and the quality was excellent.

Somewhere in the town where you can walk in, handle a frame and ask an awkward question face to face, then a careful survey at home, a quote you can actually read and fitters who tidy up behind them. People from Porterfield to Inchinnan say that combination is what decided it, and all workmanship is guaranteed.

What PA4 households ask us first: the showroom at Braehead, wind off the Clyde, aircraft overhead, sash boxes in the older properties, prices, lead times and spreading the cost.
Call the freephone line and a member of the window team answers in person. You will not be routed through a menu or handed to a call centre.
Call 0800 029 3875You can, any day between 10am and 5pm. It is inside Dobbies Garden Centre at Braehead, 75 Kings Inch Drive, G51 4FB, with parking outside and a café, and the window and door displays are set up there so you can open a sash, feel the weight of a frame and look at the glass. Nothing needs to be booked, and if you would rather have the samples brought to the house the surveyor will do that instead.
The figure follows the count of openings, their sizes, the styles you settle on, the frame finish and the glass specification. Six casements on a Kirklandneuk semi is nothing like a stone property at the Cross with sash and case front and back. uPVC is the value choice and timber-effect costs a little more. You pay nothing for the survey, the quote that follows is free to keep, and there is no obligation. Various deposit options are available.
Two things, and the surveyor will tell you which matters more in your house. First, the seals: a new frame closes onto a compression gasket all the way round, so the air that currently gets past a worn strip has nowhere to go. Second, the glass: our standard units carry a Low-E coating, argon between the panes and a warm-edge spacer, which keeps the inner surface warmer and the room steadier. For a badly exposed gable room, triple glazing is worth discussing.
Quite a lot. Renfrew lies close enough to the runway that plenty of households in Blythswood, Newmains and Arkleston hear it, and the single biggest improvement is simply replacing units whose seals have failed. Beyond that we can specify acoustic glass, which uses panes of differing thickness bonded with a sound-damping interlayer. The surveyor will say honestly which rooms would notice it and which would not.
Yes. A modern sliding sash window keeps the vertical proportions and the astragal pattern of the original while doing away with the rattle, the rope failures and the draught up the sash box. If the building is a flat, have a look at your title deeds or speak to the factor first, because responsibility for the windows is not always split the way people assume.
Manufacture is the long part, since every frame is built to your own dimensions, so plan for roughly 5 to 7 weeks after the order is confirmed. The installation is brief by comparison: 1 to 3 working days covers most homes in the town, dust sheets go down before anything is lifted out, and no opening is left uncovered overnight.
Yes. We offer Buy Now Pay 12 Months Later, flexible credit up to 24 months, and longer-term flexible credit up to 10 years. The initial eligibility check is a soft search with no impact on your credit score, and gives an instant decision. Ultimate Home Solutions is authorised by the FCA as a credit broker (not a lender).
Six core colours are stocked: white, cream, black, anthracite grey, agate grey and Chartwell green. Woodgrain foils are available for a period look, and a dual-colour frame lets you have one shade facing the street and another inside the room. Bring a photograph to the showroom or let the surveyor hold the swatches against your own walls, because colour reads differently in daylight.
All of PA4, meaning the town centre, Moorpark, Kirklandneuk, Porterfield, Newmains, Blythswood, Arkleston, Dean Park, Ferry Village and Kings Inch. Inchinnan, Erskine, Bishopton, Langbank, Linwood and Paisley are all on our regular run, and we cross into Hillington, Penilee, Cardonald, Yoker and Clydebank too. None of those carries a call-out fee.
A compliance certificate for building regulations, which is what a solicitor will look for at the point of sale, plus care notes for the frames and the hardware. Trickle vents go in where the regulations require them. All workmanship is guaranteed, taking in the frames, the sealed units, the hardware and the seals.
Because the showroom is in the town, our surveyors and vetted fitters are in Renfrew constantly. A survey is free and no call-out fee is charged, whether the address is at the Cross, out at Arkleston or down by the water at Ferry Village.
Street not on the list? Every PA4 address is covered, and the neighbouring Renfrewshire towns as well. Give us your PA4 postcode and we will arrange a free window survey, or a look round the displays first if you prefer.
