“Excellent service.”
Brilliant communication, work done to a high standard and good prices. Would definitely use this company again.

Ultimate Home Solutions supplies and fits new house alarms and CCTV across Motherwell, and the engineer sees the house before anybody talks about price. The town holds a very wide mix: interwar four-in-a-block flats and tiled terraces around Forgewood, North Motherwell and Craigneuk, bay-windowed semis near Airbles and Knowetop, and the new housing spreading over the old Ravenscraig site where open parking courts replace the traditional front street. What protects one does little for another. The system is a wireless Pyronix Enforcer, controlled from an app.
The right list for a Motherwell house depends on how it is reached. A first-floor flat at Muirhouse is often well covered by the alarm and a doorbell camera. A semi at Jerviston or Flemington with a rear gate usually wants an outdoor sensor too. A new-build at Ravenscraig, where parking sits in a shared court rather than at the door, tends to justify a camera on the car. Here is what every part of the system does.
[ Intruder alarms ]Built on the PSI award-winning Pyronix Enforcer V11, with door, window and motion sensors that are pet-friendly to avoid false triggers. Choose bells-only, or upgrade to 24/7 professional monitoring so a response is triggered even when you're away.
[ HD CCTV ]Sharp day-and-night cameras with motion recording you can view live from your phone, anywhere. Footage is stored locally or in the cloud, ready if you ever need it.
[ Video doorbells ]See and speak to whoever's at the door from your phone, whether you're upstairs or out of the country. A simple upgrade that catches deliveries and deters chancers.
[ Monitored response ]For full peace of mind, link your system to a 24/7 alarm receiving centre. If it's triggered, keyholders or a response service are alerted straight away, day or night.

The questions we field in ML1, from flats and shared closes to new-build parking courts, pets, cameras, monitoring, storage and monthly payments.
Speak to an adviser who deals with security every day, with no options to work through. Almost everyone hears back within the hour.
Call 0800 029 3875It comes down to the size of the property, the number of doors and windows getting a sensor, and whether cameras, a video doorbell or 24/7 monitoring go on as well. A one-bedroom flat at Muirhouse is a much smaller job than a detached house at Ravenscraig. The survey is free, there is no call-out fee in ML1, and the quote comes with no obligation. Various deposit options are available.
The alarm, without any bother. Sensors go on your own door and your own windows, the panel sits inside your flat, and the app arms and disarms it. Anything mounted in the shared close or on common ground, a camera above all, should be agreed with the other owners before it goes up, and the engineer will tell you what would work if it is.
Usually yes, and it is one of the commonest requests on the newer Ravenscraig streets. A camera can be angled to take in your own drive or bay and the approach to it, with privacy masking applied so it does not record neighbours' windows or the wider court. The engineer will walk it with you and be clear about what can and cannot be covered.
No. The Enforcer alarm is wireless from end to end, so the panel, keypad, sensors and outside siren need no cable run between them and nothing is chased into plaster. Cameras do need hard wiring for power and data, and those routes are agreed and hidden. Most jobs are a working day, or 1 to 2 days with cameras.
Allow roughly 2 to 4 weeks from signing off the design, while the equipment is ordered and a date is set. The install itself is a day, or two with a camera system, and everything is tested and demonstrated before the engineer goes.
Two to four generally covers a semi-detached, taking in the front door, the driveway and the back garden. Detached houses usually run to 4 to 6. In tightly built streets around Craigneuk and North Motherwell, masking is applied so the system records your property rather than the pavement or next door.
There should be no trouble there. The indoor movement sensors are pet-friendly to stop animals setting them off, and the outdoor sensor is pet immune up to 24kg. Tell the engineer about the dogs at the survey so the detectors go in the right places at the right settings.
Bells-only sounds the siren outside and alerts your phone, which is often enough on a busy, overlooked street. Monitoring adds a link to an alarm receiving centre staffed round the clock, which contacts your keyholders or a response service as soon as it triggers, and suits a house that is empty for long stretches. Both are set out at the survey.
